Title - SCP-513 Test
Clearance Level - 2
Classification - Euclid
Participants - DoR Dr. Hudson, SSG Bobert, Class-D Lister Reen
Test Date - 07/06/2025
=============================================================================================================================================================
Type of Test - SCP Effects.
Test Subject(s) - Class-D Lister Reen, SCP-513
Reason for the Test - To gather details on the effects of SCP-513
Test Results - At the start of the test, the Class-D personnel rang SCP-513 and immediately appeared startled. No external auditory anomalies were detected apart from the bell’s ringing.
Two minutes in, the Class-D reported "a weird feeling," stating, "I think someone's in here with me." No visual anomalies were detected on surveillance. The Class-D then began to bang his head against the containment walls in an attempt to “get rid of the demons.”
Fifteen minutes in, the Class-D exhibited an increased heart rate (112 bpm) and elevated blood pressure (145/98 mmHg). He grew visibly anxious, constantly looking over his shoulder and avoiding direct lines of sight with the corners of the room.
Two hours in, the Class-D refused to sleep. He repeatedly claimed to see "a tall figure" just out of his peripheral vision. His heart rate remained above 120 bpm, and blood pressure continued to rise. The Class-D then begged for his eyes to be “covered” and pleaded with staff to kill him.
Six hours in, the Class-D became increasingly paranoid and agitated. He reported a constant sensation of being watched. Surveillance confirmed no physical presence in the chamber. The Class-D was subsequently transported to the laboratory for further testing.
Twenty-four hours in, the Class-D entered a state of mild catatonia interspersed with bursts of panic. Visual monitoring captured erratic behavior, including talking to unseen entities.
Thirty-six hours in, the subject became unresponsive. His heart rate peaked at 156 bpm during an apparent hallucinogenic episode.
Forty-eight hours in, the Class-D suffered cardiac arrest and expired. An autopsy revealed no underlying cardiovascular conditions that could account for the sudden failure. Additionally, signs of brain damage were found, though the exact cause remains unknown.
How the Test was Conducted - Class-D was collected from Class-D containment and transported to SCP-513s containment for testing. After the test was complete he was transported to the laboratory for further testing and after the Class-Ds death an autopsy was performed.
What Equipment was used for the Test - Medical monitoring equipment
What Personnel were used for the Test - Director of Research x1, Security x1, D-Class x1
Extra Notes -
Further Testing Required - Yes to find out if there is a way to prevent the hallucination.
